餐厅的室内空间通过黑、白、灰三种色彩的调和取得平衡和统一,室内空间具有传统建筑典型特征的屋顶被涂成白色。整体空间环境形成了明显黑、白、灰的色彩层次,同时为室内家具等提供了较好的背景。
Domus means “family” in Latin language. The concept of “another family” is displayed thoroughly in Domus Restaurant. The furniture in the restaurant, such as well-known Minotti,Maxalto,B&B brand sofas, tables, chairs, ceiling lamps and so forth, is presented in front of the world with natural posture and ingenious and reasonable layout. In the interior space, the simple and classic furniture with modern bearing integrates the bearing of the grey courtyard house in Beijing into a whole in perfect harmony, creating the atmosphere of person merging with and walking through space time. The details in the interior space reveal the design of the materials and details invariably, which can make people better experience the authentic taste formed after deposited, baptized and refined by years. All the arrangement in Domus Restaurant is displayed meticulously. The matching of Italian handwork ceiling lamps and the Chinese style Wenge wood floor brims over with the international style of Mix&Match. The artwork on the wall is the carefully selected masterpiece of Base Gallery in Japan, which is composed to correspond to the style of the restaurant specially. The top class specialized red wine cabinet and the wood wine cabinet from Old Shanghai in the 1920’s look at each other…. Wandering in the restaurant, looking up to the ceiling, one would have his thought fly unlimitedly at the sight of sunshine penetrating glass and the light and shadow intersecting.
